It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce our dear friend Rev. Jim Hazelrigg passed away on Wednesday, January 25. Jim was a long time beekeeper and member of the Kentucky State Beekeepers Association (KSBA). In 2011, he was the president of KSBA and then served as the treasurer for many years. In 2016, Jim was named the KSBA Beekeeper of the Year. He was also very active in his local beekeeping organization.
