2022 Green Valley Beekeeping Conference
The Green Valley Beekeepers Association will be hosting an educational event, The Green Valley Beekeeping Conference, at the Owensboro Convention Center for beekeepers and anyone interested in learning to be a beekeeper. The event will be on Saturday, September 10th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and will feature programs presented by local beekeeping and honey experts, covering subjects from starting off as a beekeeper, to treating bee diseases and pests, and preparing your hives for the winter. This will be a fantastic opportunity for any apiarists to learn more about beekeeping, and anyone wishing to become a beekeeper, to learn how to get started. The event will feature vendors, raffles, and door prizes. And as always, Green Valley Beekeeper Association Members will be onsite to answer questions and assist anyone wishing to learn more.
