NOTICE OF MEMBERSHIP VOTE

TO THE MEMBERS OF
THE KENTUCKY STATE BEEKEEPERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED

You are hereby notified that a vote of the Members of The Kentucky State Beekeepers Association, Incorporated, a Kentucky non-profit corporation (“KSBA”) will be held on September 24, 2022 through September 30, 2022 via online secret ballot:

1. To adopt Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of KSBA.
2. To adopt Amended and Restated Bylaws of KSBA.

Attached hereto is a copy of the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation and Amended and Restated Bylaws.  Email your questions or concerns.  All KSBA members are invited to vote via the online secret ballot.
