The new KSBA Board of Directors were announced at the November annual meeting. Duane Keehan was elected the 2022 - 2024 President. Electronic balloting was conducted of all KSBA members in good standing. In addition to Keehan for President, Marcella Eubank was elected Treasurer as well as Jeff Haney and Mike Meadors for Director. Here is the complete list of the current KSBA Board of Directors.

In addition, director terms were extended from one to two years for increased continuity of services. This was approved by the general membership as an update to the KSBA by-laws.

KSBA thanks outcoming past president Tom Ballinger and treasurer Jan Brown for their service. Tom will remain on the board as a director.
